Expiring Photos let you share images that automatically disappear after they’re opened. They’re designed for extra privacy: the recipient can view the photo only once, and it disappears after 10 seconds. For added privacy, screenshots are disabled when viewing expiring photos.
To send expiring photos, please follow the steps below.
- Open a chat.
- Tap the + (plus) icon.
- Select Send Expiring Photo.
- Choose a photo from your library or your recently sent photos.
- Confirm to send.
Once sent, the photo will vanish after being viewed, and neither you nor the recipient will be able to access it again.
All users receive a limited number of expiring photos every day. The available count resets every 24 hours automatically. Hornet Members can send Expiring Photos without any daily limit.
