How do I change Hornet's language?

Hornet automatically displays the same language that’s set on your device or web browser. If you want Hornet to appear in a different language, you’ll need to change the language setting on your phone or browser first. Once you’ve updated your device or browser, Hornet will switch to the new language as long as it’s supported.

On Android

  1. Open your phone’s Settings.
  2. Depending on your device, tap General Management, System, or Languages & input.
  3. Tap Language (sometimes listed under Languages or App languages).
  4. Tap Add language and select your preferred language from the list.
  5. Drag your preferred language to the top of the list to make it the default.

If your Android phone supports per‑app language preferences, you can assign a different language just for Hornet. Go to Settings > General Management > App Languages, select Hornet, and choose the language you’d like to use.

On iOS

Hornet allows you to choose a language just for the app, without changing your iPhone’s overall language.

  1. Open Settings and select Apps.
  2. Scroll down to select Hornet.
  3. Under Preferred Language, tap Language.
  4. Choose your preferred language for Hornet.

If you instead want to change your iPhone’s system language, follow these steps:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap Language & Region.
  4. Tap Add language and select your preferred language from the list.
  5. Drag your preferred language to the top of the list to make it the default.

On the Web

Hornet will use the language set in your web browser. If the site appears in a language you didn’t expect or you’d like to change it, you may need to update your browser language.

The following steps are specific to Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome and click the (three‑dot) menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Language on the sidebar.
  4. Tap Add language and select your preferred language from the list.
  5. Click the ⋮ (three‑dot) menu next to your preferred language and click Move to the top.
  6. Restart Chrome, then open hornet.com again.
