Before joining Slack
Please make sure that you register on Slack with the same email address that is listed on your Hornet account. You can check this on your Hornet account page.
If your email field is empty, add and verify your email address there before signing up for Slack.
After joining Slack
Once registered, you will be added to the appropriate private channels based on your Community Program.
Note for Beta Testers: please use our report a bug form if you see something not working as expected.
