Hornet sends warning messages when our moderation team has reason to believe that your profile, posts, or behavior may violate our Terms of Service or Usage Guidelines. The message will include the reason for the warning.
If the warning was sent because your profile or post was clearly in violation, action may already have been taken (such as removing content). Further violations can lead to your account being suspended. Warnings of this type cannot be disputed.
In other cases, the warning may result from multiple user reports. If you believe these reports are incorrect, you can dispute them. Contact us here, and our support team will review the reports. If we find that the reports are false, they will be removed from your profile, and action will be taken against false reporters. If the reports are accurate, further action may be taken on your account.
Warnings are typically sent for the following reasons:
- Commercial Profiles: Hornet is for personal use only. Selling or offering services (paid or free) is not allowed.
- Escort Services: Any form of escort work is prohibited.
- Massage Services: Offering massage services is not permitted.
- Abusive/Offensive Behavior: This includes insults, harassment, or discriminatory language (homophobic, racist, transphobic, serophobic, sexist, ableist, body-shaming, etc.).
- Impersonation: Your photos must be of you. If verification is required, you’ll have 48 hours to complete it before your profile is blocked.
- Underage Concerns: Users must be 18+. If you appear underage or we receive reports about your age, verification is required within 48 hours.
- Spamming: Sending mass messages, repetitive comments, or other spam-like behavior is not allowed.
- Drugs: Mentioning or displaying drug use or drug-related terms (including “PNP,” “Slamming,” or drug-related emojis) is prohibited.
Important: Please do not ignore a warning, as continued violations may result in your profile being suspended without the possibility of appeal.
