How do I delete an old or duplicate Hornet account?

If you have an old or duplicate Hornet account that you can no longer access, you can request its removal simply by reporting it from your active profile. To do so, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Open the old or duplicate account you want to remove.
  2. Access the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner of the profile.
  3. Select Report DisplayName (the button will show the person’s display name).
  4. Choose This is me.
  5. In the comment box, write something like: “This is my old profile. Please delete it.”
  6. Submit the report.
