Moment Boost expands the visibility of your Moment for 24 hours, showing it to a much larger audience while keeping it in its normal chronological place. Boosted Moments are marked with a Boosted label.
By increasing your reach, Boost helps your photo get more attention, which is especially useful if you live outside busy areas. You’ll typically see more views, likes, comments, and chats, making it easier to connect with more people. If you’re an influencer—or want to become one—Moment Boost is also an effective way to increase engagement and grow your audience.
To boost your Moment, please follow the simple steps below.
- Post a photo Moment (feed photo).
- Once published, tap Boost on the bottom right corner under your moment.
- When redirected to a payment, confirm your payment details.
Your Moment will only appear to other users after it passes moderation. We aim to keep moderation times as short as possible, and your Boost will begin automatically once the photo is approved.
If you purchased a Boost but your Moment was rejected, don’t worry — your Boost isn’t lost. It will be saved for later. The next time you boost a Moment, you’ll see that you have one Boost available to use.
