Luke Evans - Unicorn Booty
The Welsh actor Luke Evans is out and proud, and his boyfriend is the gorgeous model Jon Kortajarena. But as interesting as his personal life is, we love him for his work.
He started out in the theater becoming a fixture of the West End in plays like Rent and Avenue Q. He crossed over to movies in 2009, portraying Apollo in Clash of the Titans. In fact, Evans only got his first film audition when he was thirty.
He bounced around for a few years in smaller productions like Paul W. S. Anderson's The Three Musketeers. Soon, however, he was picked to play Bard the Bowman in Peter Jackson's The Hobbit trilogy.
Playing Bard made him much higher-profile. He was the co-lead to John Cusack in The Raven, based roughly on the life of Edgar Allan Poe. If you haven't seen him in The Hobbit, you've probably seen him in Fast and Furious 6 or the JG Ballard adaptation High-Rise.
And if neither of those ring a bell, Luke Evans is Gaston in the live-action musical Beauty and the Beast opposite Emma Watson.
